Cycling Tongkat Ali?

I just got back from a trip to Southeast Asia and one of my hosts introduced me to Tongkat Ali. I got to take some home and I'm seriously considering to take it regularly, whatever regularly means so that's why I joined this forum. I think the benefits are pretty noticeable, but I'm starting to feel the effects wear off a bit since coming home. I'm thinking if cycling it can help to keep things fresh.

I'm hoping to find members here who have also been taking Tongkat Ali or can at least give me some sound advice. What's the best way to do this? Is it better to do short cycles like 5 days on, 2 days off, or longer ones like a month on, couple weeks off? And if you use it for a long time, do you take a longer break to fully reset? Really, any advice from more experienced users would be great. Thanks!

Yeah cycling definitely helps. I saw someone had good results with 5 on, 2 off. Some guys do 8 weeks on, 2 to 4 off for a deeper reset, but it really depends how your body responds.

The fading effects are pretty common since your body gets used to the consistent input. The cycling method is popular for exactly this reason!! It's often enough to maintain the benefits without letting your system get too tolerant.

Some people prefer longer cycles, like a month on, one or two weeks off, and that can work too, especially if you're using a higher dose. The longer break lets your body fully reset like @Nuel.vacho mentioned.

There's no single best way. It's all about listening to your body and finding what works for you. I suggest that you start with a shorter cycle and see how you respond.. If you feel like the benefits are still diminishing, extend the off period. Just also be sure you've got a quality source, because the stuff from a trip might not be standardized!
