so I'm pulling out all the stops to try and get my old erect penis size back, including posting threads in the penispump forum.

I'm even hooking up the penis pump for more than 15 minutes a day (a decent one my urologist swore by a while back, cost me a pretty penny at around $350).

But I keep reading about Bathmate and those "water penis pumps" to hopefully avoid more shrinkage.

Is pumping with water is better for regrowing tissue, or is my regular pump good enough?

Should I bite the bullet and buy a Bathmate, or will my current pump do the trick if I can still get a rise out of it?

I need to hear your real experience, guys! chime in if you've got any insights!

I think before making any changes, especially if you have concerns about shrinkage or are aiming for tissue growth, it would be wise to revisit your urologist. They can offer guidance based on your specific medical history and goals, and advise on whether incorporating a water pump (or adjusting your current routine) is good with a safe and effective approach

You might not need to switch, I picked up a bathmate hydroxtreme out of curiosity a while back, and while it doesn't work miracles, I will say the warm water makes a difference for comfort, regrowth is a long game. Neither pump is gonna magically reverse all the shrinkage, but consistency and care seem to matter more than the brand

It's great to see a rational perspective on this topic. I've thought a lot about the buzz around the Bathmate compared to a good old air pump. It makes total sense that being comfortable and sticking to a routine is way more important than looking for miraculous quick fixes. I've also come across suggestions that using warm water can enhance tissue elasticity and improve blood circulation, which might be why some people find the water pumps a bit gentler, particularly during longer sessions
