Has anyone here taken Tocovit for hair growth? I have thinning hair and so far, I've only explored topical solutions to grow my hair back but I haven't seen much progress to convince they're working. A colleague suggested taking Tocovit so I want to get more ideas from personal experiences. If anyone has tried it, how soon did you get visible results? Any side effects or anything I should know or prepare for before starting this?

I don't know about it that much as I never had this experience, luckily. But I do feel you. My nephew who's 20 years younger than me had already hoped for the best with Tocovit. His didn't really take effect until like 6 weeks later where he noticed differences.Has anyone here taken Tocovit for hair growth? Most reports I've seen mention results kicking in around the 3 to 5 month mark, mainly reduced shedding first, then some thickening. It's not fast.
No major side effects get reported often, but some people suggest taking it with food to avoid mild nausea

Yeah, that makes sense, it takes a while to see if it's working. Good call on taking it with food for the nausea. Have you given it a shot yet?
