I tried CDSNUTS' protocol for about a year and honestly, I didn't see any improvement at all. Just ended up bruning a lot of money and energy. I know he has a big following here, and Im not trying to be overly negative for sure, but I've seen some serious red flags on other forums. They been pointing out that he heavily promotes affiliating products, often through sites that's more like infomercials than anything scienctific based. It's really concerning that he's been pushing these products for years now without producing real evidence, and some even suspect he's been on HRT the whole time while claiming to have recovered naturally. Lol. In hindsight, it feels like he's just taking advantage of people who are in a really vulnerable place.

The guy talks like he's cracked the code but never backs it up with anything solid apart from marketing fluff and affiliate links. Dont know anything his health status though

Yeah man, you're not alone. I gave it a shot too and walked away feeling scammed more than healed. At this point, I don't think I'll trust some mystery protocol dude on the internet. Better if we go to the doctor and change our lifestyle.

Got it. I agree. A lot of people overpromise but can't back it up. Good plan, stick to what's proven and practical habits.

Anyone tried a legit treatment that actually delivered results?

It takes me back to that time a few years ago when I got swept up in one of those flashy "biohacker" programs, spending a ton on pricey supplements and crazy routines, but seeing no real results. In the end, I made more progress by just sticking with a chill, no-nonsense endocrinologist
