I understand that the relationship between E2s is complex. the nitric oxide system, mineral regulation (DHT/iron, estrogen/copper) and their impact on libido and longevity.
What do you think can help to achieve the hormonal and mineral balance for a better well-being and lifespan? Any thoughts as well about light therapy? I'm really interested about it. Can it help the balancing process? thank you

Balance is everything. High or low E2 wrecks you. Hormones regulate minerals: DHT = iron, estrogen = copper. Without copper, no nitric oxide, iron drops, systems fail. Same with dopamine to noradrenaline

Stay balanced, live longer. Too much of anythin ages you. I'm messing with light therapy now, think certain light spectrums might help keep things in check

For light therapy, red and near infrared (like 660nm / 850nm) are getting legit attention, they can support mitochondrial function, lower inflammation, and help regulate circadian rhythm, which feeds back into hormone production. Some even report improved libido and mental clarity after consistent use.

I've done some reading on red and near-infrared light therapy and its role in supporting mitochondria while reducing inflammation, it totally makes sense that this could positively affect hormone balance through that mechanism. The link to circadian rhythm regulation is fascinating too, especially since hormones are closely linked to our body's internal clocks.

Have you found any specific protocols or recommendations on how long to use these wavelengths for the best results? I'm also curious if there are certain times of day that might be better for maximizing the benefits. Really appreciate your thoughts

For achieving better well-being and a longer lifespan through hormonal and mineral balance, focusing on a holistic approach is key! This often includes optimizing gut health, a nutrient-dense diet, and effective stress management. Personalized mineral balancing can also be very helpful. Light therapy also shows a lot of promise! It's good that @FunMobile and @n3uron7weaker mentioned about the links to mitochondrial function and circadian rhythms but I think light therapy is more of a valuable supportive tool in your overall strategy, rather than a standalone solution.
